Podcast topics aim to help improve health, body image, and exercise relationships without feeding into diet mentality, calorie counting, or unhelpful obsessions.
  • Food Matters: A lengthy list of TEDTalks all about food: from food’s future, to best dishes, to what is in kid’s lunchboxes, and more.
  • Life Unrestricted: For anyone who is tired of disliking their body and hearing negative self-talk, counting calories, feeling shame over eating, uncomfortable with exercise, or just overall sick of living by other’s rules. This podcast works to inspire listeners to free themselves from an unhealthy relationship with food, body, and fitness, and work to gain body acceptance, and nourishment for the mind, body, and soul
  • BodyLove Project: As the name says, this podcast is simply about learning to love your body in whatever way that may mean to you. Host Jessi Haggerty, RDN, CPT discusses ways to help listeners move forward in their relationships with their bodies and diet.
  • Love, Food: This podcast takes the approach of writing a letter to food to investigate your relationship and beliefs. Show host Julie Duffy Dillon, CEDRD, LDN, NCC believes that “eating is getting too stuffy and complicated”, and will help listeners to examine new ways to practice health, wellness, and inner peace.
  • Food Psych: A podcast dedicated to allowing listeners to make peace with their food and bodies. Christy Harrison, RDN and certified intuitive eating counselor, tackles a new topic each episode in a body positive and Healthy at Every Size perspective. Guest speakers are plentiful, and topics help listeners be free of food guilt or body shame.
  • Body Kindness: Just like her book of the same name, author and podcast host Rebecca Scritchfield, RDN works to change diet culture. Her belief system is that all bodies fit, weight is just a number, and health includes being good to yourself. Rebecca works to help listeners reach their goals through body kindness and “spiraling up” (you’ll have to listen or read her book to learn what that means!).

They believe in Body Trust®, and aim to help breakup with body shame to bring about change from a place of true meaning.
  • A Nourishing Word: A blog written by Heidi Schauster, MS, RD, LDN; Heidi believes that eating should be pleasurable and help sustain life, but realizes sometimes life gets in the way. In an effort to work around this, she strives to inspire readers to build an improved relationship with their bodies and food.
  • Fat Girl Flow: This blog is dedicated to celebrate being fat in a society where being fat is often shamed. It is a blog about making peace with oneself, wherever you are at, and learning to celebrate who you are despite what our culture or society may tell you.
