Julia Marquette, MS, RD, LDN is a licensed dietitian nutritionist and member of the Clinical team at CNC 360.
Julia holds an M.S. in nutrition and health promotion and a B.S. in nutrition and dietetics from Simmons University. She also completed her Dietetic Internship with a concentration in the treatment of eating disorders at Simmons University
Prior to joining the CNC360 team, Julia worked as the Leadership Education in Adolescent Health nutrition fellow at Boston Children’s Hospital, primarily working with adolescents with eating disorders. She also conducted research on trauma-informed care in nutrition counseling.
Julia specializes in the treatment of eating disorders and disordered eating. She takes a weight-inclusive, non-diet, person-centered approach and utilizes principles of Health at Every Size® and Intuitive Eating. Julia holds space for her clients to explore and heal their relationship with food, their body, and movement in a judgment-free environment. She believes that full recovery is possible.
Julia is also an adjunct faculty member at Simmons University, where she co-teaches Nutrition Therapy for Eating Disorders with Lisa Pearl.
