Nicole Patience, MS, RD, LDN, CDCES, CEDRD-S is a licensed dietitian nutritionist and member of the Clinical team at CNC 360.
She is a Certified Eating Disorders Registered Dietitian and a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist with additional expertise in food allergies and hypoglycemia.
Nicole offers nutrition counseling to support clients as they navigate the complexities of food and nutrition with a weight-neutral, intuitive eating-based approach. She works with people of all genders to cultivate an enduring healthy relationship with food and body. Nicole aligns with clients and their care teams to provide both individualized and collaborative care.
Nicole has a host of experiences that have contributed to her professional development. In the decade she spent as a campus dietitian she served individuals, athletic teams, and spearheaded eating disorder prevention initiatives. For the past 15 years she has worked in the diabetes field to support individuals with diabetes (T1, T2, LADA). She counsels clients on glucose pattern management and the impact of diabetes on one’s relationship with food and body. Proficient in Spanish, she provides bilingual nutrition counseling. She spent four years as the Lead Dietitian at Camp Freedom Diabetes camp where she created allergy-friendly menus, mentored interns, and facilitated interactive nutrition education. She has also worked as a research dietitian, clinical dietitian, and adjunct faculty instructor. Nicole completed the Penn Medicine Mindfulness Based Stress Management course. She has taught mindful eating workshops and continues to incorporate mindfulness into her work with clients.
