This is a simple recipe that transforms canned salmon into a spread for bread, crackers, wraps and as a topping for salad.
1 (14 ½ ounce) can of salmon, do not drain
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
pepper to taste
2 green onions, chopped fine
Place salmon (including the juice from the can), lemon juice, and Old Bay Seasoning in food processor. Process until smooth or desired texture. Add pepper to taste and swirl/process again. Remove and add the green onions by hand.
